Anticancer agent 312 is a heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein A18 (hnRNP A18) inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 2.9 μM. Anticancer agent 312 binds to the RNA recognition motif of hnRNP A18 and blocks its binding to homologous RNA transcripts.
