Anumigilimab (0-100 nM, 48h) inhibits the activation of JAK-1/2 by blocking the binding of G-CSF to G-CSFR, thereby inhibiting the phosphorylation of STAT3 and reducing the proliferation and colony formation of neutrophils[3].
