Cabotamig is a humanized bispecific T-cell engager antibody targeting CDH17/CD3. Cabotamig is generated from anti-CDH17 monoclonal ARB102 by linking a CD3-binding scFv in the format of IgG4-scFv. Cabotamig can be used for the research of cancer, such as gastric cancer and colon cancers.

    Flow Cytometry analysis of A549 cells labelling CDH17 (red) with Cabotamig (anti-CDH17) (HY-P990117). Cells were stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG4 kappa (HY-P99003, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).

    Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 Juakat cells with Cabotamig (HY-P990730, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. AF 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG4 (S228P) kappa (HY-P99003, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
