J9

J9 is a small molecule that reverses Dexamethasone (HY-14648) resistance in T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. J9 is lethal to CUTLL1 cells only in the presence of Dexamethasone. J9 inhibits CUTLL1 cell growth with an EC₅₀ of 28 μM in combination with Dexamethasone.
