Axatilimab (SNDX-6352) affects the migration, proliferation, differentiation, and survival of monocytes and macrophages by binding to CSF-1R and blocking its activation by its two known ligands, CSF-1 and IL-34[1].

Loaded CSF1R Protein, Human (HEK293, His-Fc, HY-P75323) on HIS1K biosensor, can bind Axatilimab with an affinity constant of 1.467E-11 M as determined in BLI assay. -
Flow cytometric analysis of 1.5X106 THP-1 cells labeling Axatilimab (HY-P99452, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
