BPyO-34
BPyO-34 is a selective inhibitor of apoptosis signal-regulating kinase 1 (ASK1), with an IC50 of 0.52 μM against human targets. BPyO-34 inhibits the activity of ASK1 in in vitro kinase assays. BPyO-34 can be used in research related to various diseases such as diabetes and cancer.

Biological Activity
BPyO-34 inhibits recombinant human ASK1 catalytic subunit with an IC50 of 0.52 μM in an in vitro biochemical kinase assay[1].
BPyO-34 (10 μM) shows preferential inhibition of recombinant human ASK1 over recombinant human CK2, FGFR1, Tie2, JNK3, and Aurora A[1].
BPyO-34 binds to the ATP-binding pocket of human ASK1 via specific hydrogen bonding, hydrophobic, and sulfur-π interactions with key amino acid residues[1].
