Brasimarin B (Compound 3) (0.32-32 nmol; 48 h) inhibits TPA (HY-18739) (20 ng/mL)-induced EBV-EA activation in Raji cells with an IC50 of 10.944 nmol, completely blocking activation at the highest tested concentration without significant cell viability loss[1].
