AK006
Based on 1 Customer Validation
AK006 is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody agonist targeting Sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin-like lectin6 (Siglec-6). AK006 potently inhibits IgE-mediated human mast cell activation. AK006 can be used for inflammatory diseases like chronic urticaria (CU) and asthma research.

Siglec-6
AK006 can extensively inhibit both IgE-dependent and non-IgE-dependent activation and degranulation of mast cells, covering various signaling pathways including FcεRI, complement component C5a receptor, and MRGPRX2[1][2].
AK006,
compared with another inhibitory antibody Lirentelimab (HY-P99371) (targeting Siglec-8), demonstrates a stronger ability to inhibit mast cell degranulation[2].
