APNmAb005 is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting Tau protein oligomers (Oligomer Tau). APNmAb005 specifically binds to synaptically enriched toxic early oligomeric tau (esoTau), neutralizing and clearing toxic tau, thereby blocking pathological tau-induced synaptic dysfunction and intercellular propagation. APNmAb005 can be used for research on Alzheimer's disease and primary tauopathies.

    Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 SH-SY5Y cells labeling Tau with APNmAb005 (HY-P991373, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and permeabilised with 90% methanol. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 for an hour at 4℃. AF488-conjugated Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG4 kappa Isotype Control (HY-P99003, blue) was used as the isotype control.
