NMB04
NMB04 is a recombinant anti-Human CD257 (BAFF) (BLyS) antibody. NMB04 binds with specificity and high affinity to soluble and membrane-bound Blys, and blocks Blys binding to receptors TACI, BCMA, and BR-3. NMB04 can be used for the research of autoimmune diseases.

NMB04 (1 h) binds to soluble human Blys with high affinity, as indicated by an EC50 of 0.023 nM[1].
NMB04 binds to soluble human Blys with a high sub-nanomolar affinity (KD = 7.38×10-10 M)[1].
NMB04 (1 h) binds to membrane-bound human Blys expressed on 293C18 cells with an EC50 of 0.13 nM[1].
NMB04 (1 h) potently inhibits Blys binding to human BR3, TACI, and BCMA receptors with IC50 values of 0.12 nM, 0.25 nM, and 0.12 nM respectively[1].
