CB2R 6.9 μM (EC50) |
CB2R agonist 4 (Compound 63) shows cytotoxicity to HaCaT, HEPG2, A375, SHSY5Y, MCF7, and A549 cells, with EC50 values of 21.41, 2.17, 2.29, 23.21, 27.93 and 36.4μM, respectively[1].
CB2R agonist 4 has remarkable inhibition of TRPM8 (IC50 = 0.36 μM) and BRD4 (IC50 = 0.11 μM), associated with activation of TRPA1 (EC50 = 2.54 μM), and a weakinhibition of BRK (IC50 = 29.17 μM)[1].
CB2R agonist 4 induces lipid remodeling with diacylglycerols, cholesterol esters reduction and lysophosphatidylcholines, lysophosphatidylethanolamines increase in A357 cells[1].
CB2R agonist 4 (2.5-10 μM, 2-8 h) induces ROS production in A357 cells[1].
CB2R agonist 4 (5-20 μM, 24 h) increases misfolded protein levels in A357 cells[1].
CB2R agonist 4 (1.25-5 μM, 72 h) induces apoptosis in A357 cells[1].
