    Customer Validation
     3T3-L1 cells were cultured with complete DMEM medium which contains 0.5 mM IBMX, 1 μM Dexamethasone and 10 μg/ml Insuli to initiate differentiation into adipocyte-like cells. Culture medium was changed every second day for 6 days. Finally, fully differentiated adipocyte-like cells were cultured in complete DMEM medium for another three days. The cultured media were centrifuged to obtain adipocyte-conditioned medium (CM). Fresh complete DMEM were used as control medium.

     For 3T3-L1 and human preadipocytes induction, the medium of cells was cultivated with DMEM containing 10% FBS, 10 μg/mL Insulin, 1 μmol/L Dexamethasone, 0.5 mmol/L IBMX for 2 days after 2 days of contact inhibition, and subsequently, the medium was replaced with high glucose DMEM medium containing 10 μg/mL insulin and 10% FBS for 2 days, then, change the medium every day with DMEM supplemented with 10% FBS until 3T3-L1 and human preadipocytes were induced into mature adipocyte. The effect of LAMC1 on the differentiation of adipocytes were tested.
