AK006 can extensively inhibit both IgE-dependent and non-IgE-dependent activation and degranulation of mast cells, covering various signaling pathways including FcεRI, complement component C5a receptor, and MRGPRX2^[1]^[2].
AK006, compared with another inhibitory antibody Lirentelimab (HY-P99371) (targeting Siglec-8), demonstrates a stronger ability to inhibit mast cell degranulation^[2].
