In Vivo

Hexoprenaline (sulfate) (1.5 mg/kg, s.c.) significantly reduces mortality and decreases plasma proinflammatory cytokine concentrations in mice with E. coli O157:H7-induced sepsis^[4].
Hexoprenaline (0.5 mg diet, p.o., daily) increases placental weight and blood flow in blood flow^[5].
