NNRT-IN-6

NNRT-IN-6 (Compound 13a) is the non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NNRT) for HIV-1 reverse transcriptase (HIV-1 RT) with IC₅₀ of 0.41 μM. NNRT-IN-6 inhibits HIV-1 wildtype and mutant strains L100I, K103N, Y181C, Y188L, E138K, F227L/V106A and RES056 with EC₅₀ of 6.2-250 nM.
