PFM067-N-morpholine strongly reduces HSV-2 progeny virus production in HeLa cells and exhibits a superimposed inhibitory effect when OSBP is silenced^[1].
PFM067-N-morpholine inhibits HRV-A1 replication in HeLa cells with an EC₅₀ of 0.126 µM and shows no detectable inhibitory activity against AdV-5^[1].
