DSPE-PEG8-DBCO is a click chemistry reagent, it contains a DBCO group that can undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing Azide groups. DSPE-PEG8-DBCO can be used to prepare lipid nanoparticles for drug delivery.
