Anticancer agent 329 (Compound 6d) potently inhibits the proliferation of HepG2, HCT116, A549, and MDA-MB-231 cells with IC₅₀ values of 0.66 μM, 1.10 μM, 2.00 μM, and 3.31 μM respectively, and exhibits a selectivity index of 2.29 for HepG2 cells over normal QSG-7701 hepatocytes^[1].
Anticancer agent 329 (1.2-4.8 μM; 24 h) induces apoptosis in HepG2 cells in a concentration-dependent manner, with total apoptosis rates reaching 17.79% at a 4.8 μM 24-hour treatment^[1].
