Description
In Vitro
SM27 (0-100 μM, 2 h) inhibits FGF2/heparin and FGF2/ FGFR1 interaction in a dose-dependent way with IC50s of 3.5 and 4 mM, through inhibition of FGF2-mediated cell-cell adhesion with IC50 of 1 mM[1].
