CK1-IN-1
Based on 1 publication(s) in Google Scholar
CK1-IN-1 (Compound 1c) is a casein kinase 1 (CK1) inhibitor with IC50 values of 15 nM and 16 nM for CK1δ and CK1ε, respectively. CK1-IN-1 inhibits p38α MAPK with an IC50 of 73 nM. CK1-IN-1 can be used to study cardiomyogenesis.

CK1-IN-1 has a stronger inhibitory activity against Casein Kinase 1 (CK1) than p38α MAPK, with IC50 values of 15 nM and 16 nM for CK1δ and CK1ε, respectively, and an IC50 value of 73 nM for p38α MAPK[1].
CK1-IN-1 (5 µM) fails to effectively promote the differentiation of human embryonic stem cells (hESC3) into cardiomyocytes and does not significantly increase the expression of Nkx2.5 green fluorescent protein[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
