Biological Activity
CNS-11 (72 h) reduces the amount of insoluble tau in AD-tau fibrils treated with disaggregating compounds[1].
CNS-11 (100 μM; 48 h) reduces the amount of insoluble alpha-synuclein in recombinant α-synuclein fibrils[2].
CNS-11 (100 μM; from L1 larval stage to day 6 of adulthood) reduces the total aggregates of α-synuclein in C. elegans[2].
