CRBN ligand-905 (compound 21) enables subnanomolar PTPN2 degradation potency (DC50 = 0.25 nM) and over 20-fold selectivity for PTPN2 over PTPN1 in human Jurkat cells when connected to the PTPN2 targeting ligand via an appropriate linker[1].
