In Vitro

Guide (The following is our recommended solution. This solution is merely a guideline and should be modified according to your specific needs.)
1. Solution Preparation
Dilute to 10-40 μM using Hanks and 20 mM Hepes buffer (HHBS) or other buffers (such as pH 7 and containing 0.04% to 0.08% Poloxamer 407 (F127) (HY-D1005) and 2 mM Trypan Red (HY-D0983)).
Note: The working solution should be prepared and used immediately. Store in a dark place.

2. Cell Staining 2.1 Place the cells in a transparent black 96-well microplate at the bottom.
2.2 Add 100 μL of DiBAC4(3) to the cell plate.
2.3 Add the dye and the template to the cell culture box and incubate for 30 to 60 minutes.
2.4 The membrane potential was determined by monitoring the fluorescence intensity at 490/505 nm.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
