NK3R antagonist-1 is an orally active neurokinin-3 receptor (NK3R) antagonist with an IC₅₀ of 53.61 nM. NK3R antagonist-1 reduces plasma luteinizing hormone (LH) levels in ovariectomized rat models. NK3R antagonist-1 is applicable to research related to menopausal hot flushes.

Ent-Estradiol is the enantiomer of Estradiol (HY-B0141). Ent-Estradiol is a highly selective estrogen receptor ligand, but does not possess estrogenic activity. Ent-Estradiol displays IC₅₀ values of 24.9 nM, 9.59 nM and 8.17 nM for human, rat and mouse ERβ, and 151 nM, 246 nM and 268 nM for human, rat and mouse ERα, respectively. Ent-Estradiol can be used for the study of menopausal physiological changes.

Estradiol acetate is a novel orally active Estradiol (HY-B0141) prodrug. Estradiol acetate reduces the frequency and severity of postmenopause symptoms. Estradiol acetate can be used in the research of menopausal symptoms.

(R)-Moxestrol ((R)-R 2858; RU 16117) is an orally active weak partial agonist-antagonist of estrogen receptor (ER). (R)-Moxestrol binds to estrogen receptor to form a rapidly dissociating complex, reduces the levels of estrogen and prolactin receptor, exerts weak estrogenic effects at low doses, and displays anti-estrogenic effects at high doses or when competing with Estradiol (E₂) (HY-B0141). (R)-Moxestrol can be used in research related to breast cancer and postmenopausal estrogen deficiency (menopausal symptoms, severe osteoporosis).
