(E/Z)-PG-11047 effectively inhibited the growth of non-small cell and small cell lung cancer cells. (E/Z)-PG-11047 exhibits significant biochemical effects in non-small cell lung cancer cells, resulting in significant downregulation of polyamine synthetase activity. (E/Z)-PG-11047 induces polyamine metabolism, resulting in a significant reduction in polyamine levels.
