Biological Activity
Echinochlorin A (12.5-50.0 μg/mL; 48 h) exhibits only extremely weak to no inhibitory activity against LPS (HY-D1056)-induced nitric oxide production in RAW 264.7 cells (IC50 >200 μM), and shows no obvious cytotoxicity against RAW 264.7 cells at concentrations up to 50.0 μg/mL[1].
