In Vitro
EGFR-IN-221 (compound 8f) (3.125-100 μM) exhibits antiproliferative activity against A-549 and NCI-H460 lung cancer cells with IC50 values of 3.17 and 6.51 μM, respectively, and shows low cytotoxicity toward normal HEK-293 cells[1].
EGFR-IN-221 inhibits EGFR tyrosine kinase in cell-free assays with an IC50 of 0.26 μM[1].
