Esculentoside L (0.25-25 μg/mL) increases calcein accumulation in multidrug-resistant human ovarian cancer cell line 2780AD^[1].
Esculentoside L shows no significant cytotoxicity against WI-38, VA-13, HepG2 and A549 cells, with its IC₅₀ values all greater than 103 μM^[1].
