FAUC 346, an in vitro D3-selective ligand with a Ki of 0.23 nM in CHO cells for D3 receptor[1].
FAUC346 shows some affinity for 5HT1A receptors (Ki = 41 nM) and for α1 receptors (Ki = 15 nM)[1].
