Actividad biológica
Guide (Following is our recommended protocol. This protocol only provides a guideline, and should be modified according to your specific needs).
1. Prepare an APTAB solution with a concentration of 50 μM using water.
2. Mix APTAB with the sample in a 10 mL volumetric flask, and then perform ultrasonic treatment for 5 minutes.
3. Place the sample in a dark environment for 1 day.
4. Measure the fluorescence intensity.
