iDeg-3 (1-3.33 μM; 24 h) reduces IDO1 protein levels by 62% in IFN-γ-stimulated BxPC3 cells and decreases IDO1 reporter protein levels in KBM7 cells[1].
iDeg-3 (50 μM; 3 h) stabilizes recombinant rhIDO1 protein in in vitro biochemical assays (nanoDSF)[1].
iDeg-3 (5 μM; 2.5 h) enhances the interaction between IDO1 and KLHDC3 in HEK293T cells (expressing TurboID-IDO1)[1].
