L-Allothreonine
Based on 1 Customer Validation
L-Allothreonine (H-allo-Thr-OH) is a diastereomer of L-Threonine (HY-N0658) and belongs to non-proteinogenic amino acids. L-Allothreonine serves as a non-natural substrate for yeast Cystathionine β-Synthase (HY-E70078), which is used to investigate the substrate specificity and reaction mechanism of the enzyme.
