Hydroxycelecoxib glucuronide is the glucuronide metabolite of Celecoxib (HY-14398) and shows no activity in inhibiting COX-2 activity^[1].

Hydroxycelecoxib glucuronide is unstable under physiological pH conditions. It undergoes acyl migration to form β-glucuronidase-resistant positional isomers, and is converted to Carboxycelecoxib under the action of β-glucuronidase^[1].
