Biological Activity
Description
In Vitro
Hydroxycelecoxib glucuronide is unstable under physiological pH conditions. It undergoes acyl migration to form β-glucuronidase-resistant positional isomers, and is converted to Carboxycelecoxib under the action of β-glucuronidase[1].
