TMTP1
TMTP1 is a five-amino acid (NVVRQ) tumor-homing peptide. TMTP1 slows the growth of tumor cells. TMTP1 serves as a diagnostic marker for hematological malignancies and acts as an anticancer drug carrier to enhance the cellular uptake rate of nanocarriers in tumor tissues. TMTP1 is applicable to research related to hematological malignancies, lymphoma, chronic myeloid leukemia, cervical cancer, and ovarian cancer.

Biological Activity
TMTP1 (10-120 μM; 1 h total incubation) competitively inhibits the binding of FITC-TMTP1 to hematologic malignant cell lines[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
TMTP1 (35 μM; intravenous injection; single administration) can competitively block the tumor-targeting ability of TP-NLC, confirming that TMTP1 mediates the specific enrichment of this nanocarrier in cervical cancer xenografts[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
