JADA3
JADA3 is a molecular glue degrader targeting IKZF1 and IKZF3. JADA3 induces proteasome-mediated degradation of the target transcription factors by binding to the E3 ubiquitin ligase Cereblon. JADA3 can be used in research related to acute myeloid leukemia.

In Vitro
JADA3 (0.1-1 μM; 24 h) degrades IKZF1 and IKZF3 proteins in Jurkat cells[1].
JADA3 binds to CRBN in the CRBN fluorescence polarization (FP) displacement assay[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
