10YX (200-300 μCi; i.v.) shows limited tumor uptake with a peak of 2.36% ID/mL at 10 min post-injection and a retention time of only 30 min in the HepG2 xenograft model^[1].
10YX (150-200 μCi; i.v.) exhibits a peak tumor uptake of 2.73% ID/g at 30 min and higher renal retention (45.41% ID/g at 4 h) in HepG2 tumor-bearing mice^[1].
