Miptenalimab blocks binding of soluble hLAG-3 to MHC-II-expressing Raji cells (IC90: 2.1 nM)[1].
Miptenalimab increases IL-2 secretion of the mouse cell line 3A9-hLAG-3 (EC50: 0.31 nM), and also increases IFN-γ secretion[1].

Immobilized LAG-3 Protein, Human (HEK293, His, HY-P70722) can bind Miptenalimab. The EC50 for this effect is 673.3 ng/mL. -
Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 Jurkat cells labeling Miptenalimab (HY-P99736, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. AF 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG4 kappa (HY-P99003, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
