KR-27452 (Compound 2e) exhibits EC50 of 0.236-0.813μM against RV-A and 0.104-0.664 μM against RV-B in H1HeLa cells, with CC50 >100 μM and SI >123[1].
KR-27452 has EC50 of 0.118 μM against RV-C15 with SI >85 in HeLa-CDHR3 cells[1].
KR-27452 shows EC50 of 0.28-0.981μM against COX B1-B6 in H1HeLa cells, with CC50 >100 μM and SI >102[1].
KR-27452 (1-10 μM, 24 h) dose-dependently inhibits plaque formation in RV14-infected H1HeLa cells[1].
