AB12-82
AB12-82 is a selective dopamine receptor agonist with a Ki value of 1.88 nM for human D3R. AB12-82 achieves subtype-selective D3R activation by enhancing interactions with the D3R H291·32 residue. AB12-82 can be used in the research of nervous system-related diseases.

AB12-82 (compound 6d) binds to hD3R with a Ki value of 1.88 nM, and exhibits a 21.8-fold binding selectivity over hD2L R (it binds to hD2R with a Ki value of 41 nM)[1].
AB12-82 acts as a partial agonist of hD3R, with a pEC50 of 11.76 (0.00174 nM) and an efficacy of 84.57%. Its potency for hD3R is >575000-fold more selective than that for hD2R[1].
