Etentamig (ABBV-383; TNB 383B) is a T cell engager targeting BCMA and CD3. Etentamig redirects T cell-mediated cytotoxicity by binding BCMA (Kd ≈ 0.7 nM) and activating the T cell co-receptor CD3 (Kd = 1.3 μM), mediates BCMA-specific plasma cell killing and target cell lysis, and has low-activation properties that decouple T cell activation from cytokine release. Etentamig exhibits anti-myeloma efficacy and can be used for research on relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma.

    Flow cytometric analysis of 1X106 Juakat cells with Etentamig (HY-P990785, red). Cells were fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Then stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. AF 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG4 (S228P) kappa (HY-P99003, blue) was used as the isotype control, cells without incubation with primary antibody were used as the unlabeled control (black).
