AL-470 shows antiviral activity against the whole panel of mutant EV-A71 strains: EV-A71 BrCr wt (EC50 = 0.3 ± 0.03 µM), VP1_S184T (EC50 = 2.3 ± 0.6 µM), VP1_P246S (EC50 = 1.9 ± 0.04 µM), VP1_S184T_P246S (EC50 = 2.2 ± 0.08 µM)[1].
