Decamethonium bromide (11.9-1190 μM; 48 h after 24 h of differentiation induction) does not inhibit growth or survival of C2C12 skeletal muscle cells at concentrations up to 1190 μM, but inhibits MHC expression in a concentration-dependent manner during early differentiation, with dramatic effects observed at ≥119 μM[1].
Decamethonium bromide (11.9-478 μM; 48 h after 7 days of differentiation induction) inhibits MHC expression in a concentration-dependent manner in terminally differentiated C2C12 myotubes, with significant effects observed at ≥47.8 μM[1].

Add each solvent one by one: 10% DMSO 40% PEG300 5% Tween-80 45% Saline

Preparation of Saline: Dissolve 0.9 g sodium chloride in ddH₂O and dilute to 100 mL to obtain a clear Saline solution.
