GePhos1 displays profound EGFR dephosphorylation at both EGFR pY1068, which is one of the major EGFR autophosphorylation sites, and at pY845, a key site within the kinase loop^[1].
GePhos1 (1 μM) induces apoptosis and cell death in HeLa cell^[1].
