KT172 (0-100 μM) has DAGLβ inhibition activity with an IC50 value of 11 nM[1].
KT172 (2 µM) blocks probe-labeling of DAGLβ and ABHD6 activities[1].
KT172 (100 nM, 4 h) blocks DAGLβ activity in situ in the human prostate cancer cell line PC3 with high selectivity[1].
