Lacnotuzumab (HY-P99368) neutralizes Recombinant Human M-CSF (HY-P7050) induced proliferation in the M-NFS-60 mouse myelogenous leukemia lymphoblast cell line. The Neutralization Dose (ND50) for this effect is 0.2477μg/mL in the presence of 2.5 ng/mL Recombinant Human M-CSF.
