Lacutamab (IPH 4102) is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting KIR3DL2/CD158k, which eliminates KIR3DL2-expressing cells via antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity and phagocytosis. Lacutamab is applicable to research related to mycosis fungoides, relapsed or refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma, and relapsed or refractory cutaneous T-cell lymphoma.

Lacutamab-mediated ADCC activity of NK cells is enhanced by Pralatrexate (HY-10446), which upregulates KIR3DL2 levels on tumor cell lines with endogenous or forced KIR3DL2 expression[2].
