MNK1/2-IN-6 is a potent and selective MNK1/2 inhibitor with IC50s of 2.3 nM and 3.4 nM for MNK1 and MNK2, respectively. MNK1/2-IN-6 induces apoptosis in a concentration-dependent manner.
