Biological Activity
Mutated EGFR-IN-1 (Osimertinib analog) is a useful intermediate for the inhibitors design for mutated EGFR, such as L858R EGFR, Exonl9 deletion activating mutant and T790M resistance mutant.
EGFR inhibitors specifically block epidermal growth factor receptors, thereby inhibiting tumor proliferation by cutting off growth signals of tumor cells. They can be used to study malignant tumors such as non-small cell lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, and colorectal cancer[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
