Naloxone hydrochloride solution is mainly composed of Naloxone hydrochloride dihydrate (HY-17417B). Naloxone hydrochloride is an antagonist of Opioid receptor. Naloxone hydrochloride alleviates opioid-overdose-induced respiratory depression. Naloxone hydrochloride may cause pulmonary edema and cardiac arrhythmias.
