Nampt-IN-9 (Compound 8) shows anti-proliferative activity with IC50 values of 0.8, 0.5, 0.004 and 0.6 nM against Jurkat, MIA PaCa-2, BxPC-3, PANC-1 cells, respectively[1].
Nampt-IN-9 (0-1 μM) blunts NAD+ and ATP levels and activates caspase 3 in Jurkat leukemia cells[1].
